Here’s what you’ll do:
- Strategize for Success: Develop and implement a comprehensive export strategy to maximize sales and market share in targeted regions.
- Global Vision, Local Action: Research and identify new international markets for AFU Lighting products, conducting in-depth analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Building Bridges: Establish and nurture strong relationships with international distributors, dealers, and potential customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Export Champion: Manage the entire export sales cycle, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Compliance Master: Oversee export documentation and ensure adherence to all international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Negotiation Ninja: Negotiate pricing and contracts with international partners, securing the best deals for Memdani Enterprise.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyze export performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and strategizing for continuous growth.
- Spreading the Light: Represent AFU Lighting at international trade shows and industry events, showcasing our innovative products to a global audience.
- Travel Ready: Be prepared for occasional international travel to meet with clients and partners, forging connections across the globe.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in export management, ideally within the electronics or lighting industry.
- Has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing export strategies, demonstrably increasing sales in international markets.
- Understands the intricacies of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must, with an additional language a significant advantage.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and international trade software (e.g., export documentation software).
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
