Memdani Enterprise, the manufacturer behind the innovative and sustainable AFU Lighting brand, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, overseeing all day-to-day operations, and driving our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
• Lead and motivate a talented team of employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize company budgets and resources to ensure financial stability.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
• Represent Memdani Enterprise at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
